Analysis

We provide in-depth analysis of the economics, environmental, and equity impacts of all types of energy resources and policies. This work includes:

  • Evaluation of the economic and emissions impacts of federal and state environmental regulations

  • Economic assessments of individual power plants or fleets, and of gas system infrastructure

  • Review and commentary on integrated resource plans (IRPs) and energy efficiency plans

  • Estimation of economic impacts of energy resource plans—in terms of GDP impacts, jobs and/or electricity bills

  • Evaluation of social equity, environmental justice, and environmental impacts and community characteristics

  • Disparity and environmental justice impact analysis

  • Map development and spatial analysis using GIS software such as ArcPro, ArcGIS online, ArcMap, and GeoDa.

  • Benefit-cost analysis of energy resource investments
