Researcher
Nina Schlegel was a research assistant and researcher. She is a Boston-based climate justice researcher, policy advocate and activist. She earned a Master's in Urban and Environmental Policy and Planning from Tufts University.
Nina has worked in state and local government and with numerous organizations in New England to further equitable climate action. She created a report for the Boston City Council on Climate Justice and was a Tufts delegate to COP 23 in Bonn, Germany. She worked with the Applied Economics Clinic to provide consulting expertise on environmental, energy and equity issues.
Starting in June, Nina will be working with Conservation Law Foundation on their Climate Resilience Program. The program, along with other organizations, is part of network that advocates for climate resilient policy and development in the metro area as well as equitable access to urban open space and waterfronts.
