Principal Economist Elizabeth A. Stanton, PhD, and Senior Researcher Joshua R. Castigliego provided expert technical services to the Connecticut Office of Consumer Counsel (CT OCC) in Docket Nos. 22-08-02, 22-08-03, 22-08-05, and 22-08-06 in 2022 as well as Docket Nos. 23-08-02, 23-08-03, 23-08-05, and 23-08-06 in 2023 before the Connecticut Public Utilities Regulatory Authority (PURA). In this work, AEC staff provided CT OCC with a series of internal memos that outline the key topics of each docket and provide recommendations for each key topic area.
